Payment methods
The following payment methods are available to you:
- Direct bank transfer (direct transfer of funds from a customer’s bank account into a business’ bank account).
Upon order, the details are sent to the buyer’s email address. The buyer can make a payment at the post office or bank. After the payment of the order (WARNING: it can take up to few days to be visible on our bank account), the product and the invoice are sent to the buyer. - Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Maestro – if the payer’s payment card allows it) via security system Stripe.
Stripe is an online payment processing platform that provides the customer with maximum transaction security. Card information is not recorded on the company’s server, so your security is 100% guaranteed.
Dispatch
All orders placed during the working days before 12 noon will be shipped no later than three days from the order in the case of payment by card. Orders where direct bank transfer is indicated are sent in three days after receiving the transfer to the bank account. Orders placed during weekends and holidays are shipped within three working days at the latest.
For some products, like personalized items, there are expected longer delivery times. Personalized products are shipped no later than seven working days from the order.
Due to the fact that our products are handmade, in the event of a larger number of orders, we reserve the right to extend the deadlines for production and shipment, which we inform the user as soon as possible. In the event that the new delivery time does not suit the user, he can withdraw from the sales contract at no cost.
Shipping
The delivery of shipments is made by Pošta Slovenije.
We offer trackable delivery to most countries. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.
Personal collection is not possible.

The delivery price of international shipments is automatically calculated in the shopping cart when entering the recipient’s country. Any customs costs, taxes or additional delivery costs are responsibility of the buyer. By purchasing products on the Happy Frenchie Paw website, you confirm that you may pay customs duties and taxes. If the costumer does not pick up the package and the package returns to us, we reserve the right to deduct postage costs when refunding the money.

Delivery times
Approximate delivery/transfer times:
Slovenia: 2-3 days.
Europe: 7-10 days.
World: 15 days or more.
CAUTION: These are estimated time frames. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date, as this depends on the mail provider.
The delivery time is calculated based on the time frame of our shipments in the past. During the holidays, the delivery times may be extended.
